1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PureTempMail you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

PureTempMail provides temporary, disposable email addresses for inbound email only. No registration is required. Each mailbox receives emails in real time and is automatically deleted, together with all associated messages and attachments, when it expires. The service is provided free of charge and supported by advertising.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PureTempMail to:

Receive, facilitate, or distribute spam, phishing, malware, or fraudulent content
Circumvent the terms of any third-party service in a manner that violates those terms
Engage in any activity that is illegal under applicable law, including but not limited to harassment, fraud, or intellectual property infringement
Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or exploit the service infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, or automated scraping beyond normal use
Use the service to collect personal data of others without their consent

We reserve the right to block addresses, domains, or IP ranges that abuse the service, at any time and without prior notice.

4. Third-Party Services

PureTempMail uses third-party services to operate and sustain the platform. These include Google Analytics for understanding how the service is used and Google AdSense for displaying advertisements. By using PureTempMail, you acknowledge that these third-party services may collect information about your visit in accordance with their own privacy policies. 5. Intellectual Property

The PureTempMail name, logo, user interface, and underlying source code are the property of PureTempMail and its operators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the service without prior written permission. Email messages received through the service remain the intellectual property of their respective senders. PureTempMail claims no ownership of content passing through its servers.

6. No Warranty

PureTempMail is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, message delivery, data retention beyond the stated mailbox lifetime, or the accuracy of any content received through the service. Do not use PureTempMail for important, time-sensitive, or confidential communications.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PureTempMail and its operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or interruption of business, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PureTempMail and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

9. Modifications and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time without notice or liability. We may also modify these terms at any time; the updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.

10. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PureTempMail regarding your use of the service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the service operator is located.
